My Frigidaire stacked washer is not turning on but the dryer is. What can the problem be?

0 Good Morning Ram110, I understand your Frigidaire washer, model# FAFS4473L, is not getting any power, even though your dryer is receiving power. Please try the following: 1) Make sure the electrical power cord is not loose and fits tightly in the wall outlet. 2) Make sure the fuse is not blown or the circuit breaker is not tripped. 3) Your washer motor could be overheated. It will automatically restart after a cool down period of up to 30 minutes. 4) Make sure your washer door is closed completely. If the above do not work, I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at the circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and try any cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully.
