0 Hi billthomas1964, thank you for your inquiry! If you are getting an error code E23, it usually means one of three things: your drain pump relay has failed, a wire may be disconnected from the pump, or your main control board needs replacing. One of the best ways to determine if this is a false error code is to reset the power to the appliance by either unplugging it or flipping off the breaker for about 30 seconds. If the error code persists, it would be advisable to contact an experienced appliance repair tech to assist further.
