water won't drain on spin cycle...

won't finish the cycle....the belt was squealing, and smelled like it was burning - it was on spin cycle... and the water didn't drain

0 Hi patrick.brethen, thank you for your post! Based on the symptoms you are describing, your Frigidaire laundry center (FEX831CS) may have a broken belt or a faulty control board. Often when the belt is damaged, the unit will try to spin but it causes it to burn and eventually blow the control board. I would suggest contacting an experienced service technician to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts. Best regards! - Chris
