0 Good Afternoon Terri, thank you for your post! I see you have a Frigidaire washer, GLTF1670AS. Please help me understand if the problem you are having is related to the drawer dispenser; and, if you are speaking about water being left in the dispenser after the detergent is dissolved. If so, there are a few possibilities for the issue you are experiencing. The dispenser cap may possibly be blocked (based on detergent you are using), screens are restricted or problem lies with the water pressure in your home. This is not a typical DIY job. I would recommend reaching out to an experienced appliance tech to precisely diagnosed the issue. Best regards - Chris
