Washer suddenly will not drain. When choosing process to wash the washer is flashing error & keeps shutting itself off.

0 Hello Connie, thank you for your post! Let’s try resetting the washer. This can be done by either flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position or by unplugging. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on the appliance. If resetting the washer does not correct the issue, determine if it is making a humming noise? If so, the drainage hose/pump may be clogged and needs to be cleaned. If not, the washer may possibly be experiencing an issue with the door lock assembly, faulty pump, timer or control board not communicating correctly. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the unit. Best of luck!
