0 Good Afternoon rhondalynne63, I am happy to assist you! Based on the symptoms you are describing, you may either have a communication error from the main control board or the timer itself may not be operating correctly. If you noticed a humming noise, it could either be a clogged drainage hose or pump that needs to be cleaned, or it could possibly have another issue with the door lock assembly. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose your washer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.
