0 Good Afternoon Ozredbird, I understand that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire washer, model# FAFW3577KW1, not pumping out water. There are a couple of things you can check. 1) Check to make sure the drain hose is not clogged or kinked. If it is straighten it and/or unclog it. 2) Make sure that your drain hose standpipe is no taller than 8 feet. If it is taller than 8 feet, you will need to shorten it. 3) Make sure that your house drain pipes are not clogged. If the drain pump sounds like it is not working, I suggest you contact your local authorized technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose your washer and determine why water is not pumping out of your appliance. Hope this is helpful. -Best Regards-
