5 Hello this is a pretty common issue. The sensor has fell out of the dispenser housing. The is a reed switch on the dispenser housing that lets the unit know the door is shut it has fallen out. Either try to find the magnet or you will need to get a new reed switch: little magnet about 1/2 inch long and 1/4 inch wide. Start by opening the dispenser housing on the back you will see a button that you push down and the housing will slide out. On the front of the housing there is a slot for the magnet to slide into. If you do not have the reed switch you must order one which will be in the manual on how to do this. Check the floor first before you do.
