My washer stopped during wash cycle with 18 minutes to go. It will not spin or agitate. its a Frigidaire affinity # FAFW3511KW0. anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it/

0 Good Afternoon sslofton, that’s a great question! From the information you have provided your Frigidaire washer stopped within 18 minutes of ending the cycle and it will not spin or agitate. It sounds like a possible problem with your drain pump or drain line. I would suggest checking the drain line to make sure it is not kinked, restricted, or pushed too far down the drain line. If your drain line is working properly it could be a possible problem with your drain pump and you may need to have a professional out to properly test the electrical. This will help you avoid any unnecessary part purchases. –OOS
