0 Good Morning gretaallison, thank you for allowing me to assist you! Generally, error code DDO means that the dispenser drawer on your washer may be open. If so, close the drawer and the error code should resolve itself. • If you’ve double-checked the drawer and it is closed, remove the drawer and examine the magnet. If the magnet is missing or defective, the magnet probably needs replacing. • If the magnet is fine and in place, an experienced technician may need to examine the reed switch or main control board. Since there are cost differences in parts and accessories, it is always a good idea to have a service tech properly diagnose your washer.
