My Frigidaire front loader washer will not start as there is the LOC message showing-how do I correct this and get it running again?

5 Hi connacres, I am happy to assist you! It appears that the Control Lock was accidentally selected on your Frigidaire washer, GLTF2940FS. Let’s try deactivating the CONTROL LOCK control by simply pressing OPTIONS and SELECT at the same time and hold for approximately 15 seconds. If the LOCK light continues to illuminate, I recommend resetting your washer by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is best to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn on your appliance. CONTROL LOCK should deactivate and your washer should resume normal operations.
