0 Thank you for your inquiry, cindy.lee! From what you have described your Frigidaire washer is displaying an error code of “E20”. An “E20” error code stands for the water is not pumping out fast enough. I would suggest checking the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or restricted. If the water is not being pumped out properly then your washer will not spin. I would recommend having a professional technician come out to provide an accurate diagnosis. Hopefully this is helpful. –OOS
