0 Good Morning isbethchang, thank you for allowing me to assist you! Let’s try resetting your washer by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn the washer on. If the issue persists, a qualified technician would pinpoint the problem by checking the wiring connection to the main control board. If the wiring isn’t the issue, he would need to determine whether the problem rests with the main control board or door lock assembly.
