0 Hello Shawn Olson, thanks for the inquiry! From what you are describing it sounds like a possible issue within the control panel. I would perform a reset on your appliance which can be done by unplugging or flipping the household circuit breaker for ten minutes. If that does not correct the issue I would recommend having a professional come out to your home for proper diagnose on your washer to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. –OOS
