Let's try resetting your washer by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is necessary to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn on your washer. Confirm that the door is securely closed and select a cycle. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, I have identified that it could potentially mean a number of things: a potential wiring failure, damaged cord, faulty door latch assembly or control board. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose your washer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.
