I have been trying to find a door rubber for this ...

I have been trying to find a door rubber for this machine and cannot find one anywhere. The machine is 12 months old and I am told the seal pn is 302700300057. Does anyone have a parts diagram and list for this machine? Anyone know how I can get this part? truthfullanswers@gmail.com thanks for any help anyone can submit Peter
