0 Hello sartz8854, thank you for your question! Is your washer a front load or top load? Do you have an Affinity or Gallery washer? The model number that you have provided is invalid. You can typically locate the serial tag on the upper front as you open the door. With this information I can better address the issue at hand. Thank you and I look forward to your response.
