0 Hi ereese1em, thank you for your post! I understand that your washer door will not lock and it is inoperable. Let’s try resetting your washer by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is necessary to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn your washer on. Select a normal cycle and verify if the washer will start. If the appliance will not operate then it possibly have a faulty door lock assembly or a communication problem with the control board. I would suggest contacting an experienced service technician to determine the precise cause.
