0 Good Afternoon, thank you for your post! I see that your Frigidaire washer door will not unlock. Sometimes, resetting power to your washer for about to 10 minutes does the trick. Once you turn on your washer, select a normal cycle, and verify if the door will unlock. If not, your washer may possibly have a faulty door lock assembly, or a communication problem with the control board. You may want to connect with a local servicer who will be best equipped to pinpoint the problem. If you don’t know a qualified technician, you can use the service locator option on the manufacturer site to find one near you.
