0 Hi Gretaallison, I understand that you are receiving a "DDO" code in the display of your Frigidaire washer. What this means is that either the door is not closed all the way or there could be a door sensor that is having some trouble recognizing that the door is closed. I recommend to reset the unit for 3 minutes. You will do this by either unplugging the washer or you can turn the power off at the circuit breaker. Once you have returned the power, after the 3 minutes, try to run the cycle again. If you are still receiving the "DDO" code I would suggest to call your local authorized technician to come and take a look at your washer. In regards to the humming, that could also be in play with the door either not being shut all the way or it could be something else. Again, I would recommend to have a local authorized technician come take a look at the appliance. -Best Regards-
