0 Good Afternoon Mshevinlea, I understand that you are receiving an error code not draining on your Frigidaire washer. I suggest checking the drain hose for any kinks or clogs. Also, check the drain pipe for any clogs. After checking the drain hose and drain pipe I suggest resetting your appliance. You can do this by either unplugging your washer or shutting the power off at your home’s circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and start any cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your washer status has changed successfully.
