0 I appreciate your inquiry, tjanetta0923! From my understanding you are receiving error code “E41” on your Frigidaire washer. Typically, an error code “E41” means that the main control board thinks the door is open. I would recommend performing a reset on your washer and this can be done by flipping the household circuit breaker off for ten minutes. If that does not help correct the issue I would recommend replacing the door strike, door latch, or main control board. I hope this information is helpful. -OOS
