0 Hi susanrobinson73, thank you for your post! From what you have described it sounds like you either have an out of balance load or a problem with a loose hose/spring connection with the motor or drum. I recommend contacting a professional to accurately diagnose the issue, the part(s) may have to be replaced depending if they are worn, damaged or loose.
