0 same problem here. seems to be the drum is not balanced anymore. it stopped making the grinding noise and then started tearing our clothes.

0 Same here. Dryer is 13 yrs old. Did partial tear down: Fnd gasket around front of tub was torn and separated in several places causing drum to wobble. I believe this is a poor design since dryer must be dissassebled completely to replace the part.
