0 Hi zelda_4u, thank you for allowing me to assist you. Based on what you are describing it sounds like the dryer may possibly been experiencing a communication problem with the control board and door lock assembly or a potential wiring failure. Let’s try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on the dryer. If resetting the power to the unit does not correct the issue, then I suggest contacting a professional to accurately diagnose the unit.
