On frigidaire model FDG847RBS the drum reverses direction during the drying cycle...I would like to stop this from happening..i.e.I would like the drum to turn in one direction only. I am trying to make the dryer motor last longer...I was told that these motors do not last because of this feature. The dryer is a 1995 model and I had the motor replaced...and was told the reversing feature could be disengaged...but was not told how. Does anyone know how to shut this feature off?
