0 Hello an78dr99, thank you for your post! I see that the door of your dryer will not unlock. Try resetting your dryer by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. Wait approximately 2 minutes and turn on your dryer. Select a normal cycle and verify if the door will unlock. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, then it may possibly have a faulty door lock assembly or a communication problem with the control board. I would recommend contacting a professional to move forward accurately. Best of luck!
