0 Hello Me, great question! Typically the heating element assembly is located behind the drum; however you may want to check the following: Make sure the gas supply valve going to the dryer is in the open position. Verify that the dryer has enough air supply to support the burner flame. The dryer needs the space around it for proper ventilation. If the burner will not come on after checking the gas valve, and to ensure your safety and that you are replacing the appropriate part, I would recommend reaching out to an expert.
