Question About Fisher & Paykel Washer GWL11
The washing machine will agitate but will not spin...

The washing machine will agitate but will not spin or drain. When it is supposed to spin, you can hear the motor humming like it is trying to spin but doesn't move. Nor does the lid locked light come on. Any ideas? Thanks very much.
