My 601 is not leting COLD water into the bowl. The...

My 601 is not leting COLD water into the bowl. The hot runs fine. Hose is not blocked and I have tried 3 different valve/solenoids. Seems like the electronics are telling the cold not to run. Is this likely a circuit board problem?

0 Sorry...its a 603 not 601.
