0 unplug machine, pull away from wall to tip washer backwards for access, (make sure it can't come down on you while under it), find pump at front right corner, unplug wire feeds (2 connections) push plastic keeper arm outward to rotate pump counter clockwise and remove. I helps to push in while rotating pump out.
