3 "MY F & P EXCELLENCE 5.5 WASHING MACHINE HAS PROBLEMS WHEN FILLING. IT STATS AND STOPS AND THEN AFTER ABOUT 10 SEC'DS BEEPS AND LIGHTS FLASH AND NEEDS RESTARTING. THE PROBLEM REPEATS BUT OCCASIONALLY I GET IT TO FILL AND GO THROUGH THE SELECTED CYCLE"
