Question About Eurotech Appliances Washer/Dryer EWF150
my washer stays stuck on quick wash...

I bought a used eurotech ewf150 frontload washer I have no idea how to use it I cant get it to spin and it get stuck on the quick wash and wont do anything please help me!!!
