Water still drips into tub, after washer has fini...

Water still drips into tub, after washer has finished the spin cycle . What controls the water flow ? Original problem was slow cold water . Cleaned screen in hose ,and seem to solve problem for short period of time , but problem came back and screen is clean. Please help me repair this problem. Correct model no. Is ETW4400XQO /type 111-07.
