Question About Equator Washer/Dryer EZ 1612 V
will not open or dry...

first load went smooth, 2nd has been held hostage for 2 days. Whenever I reset and attempt to use the dry cycle the unit dumps more water spins 3 times and remains locked. I miss my clothes and just want them back!

0 Same here. Will have to go commando 'til we get home from vacation. But actually was able to get tech support @ 713-464-3422. He had me set the wash dial to 1 click before off and dry temp to > 100. THen turn it back on. It then ran through the spin and dry cycles.It took ~ 2 hours. But our clothes finally gained their freedom. They were a bit toasty after an hour of drying. But at least they were emancipated and we were able to go home chafe-free.
