May I please have the model number of your Electrolux washer? The serial tag, which lists your model number, is typically located on the upper front, as you open the door. Also, do you mind providing me more details regarding the draining issue you are experiencing? Is your washer not draining water or does it continues to fill? Is your washer leaking?
