Question About Electrolux Washer/Dryer EWX 14450 W
Not Spinning when Spin Cycle selected....

Hi, if spin selected it shows 13 mins on display, then on pressing start drum rotates slowly and makes the noise as if on drain cycle but drum never speeds up into a slow or fast spin, drum slowly rotates back and forth for 13 mins and clothes are still sopping wet on removal. Thanks
