Machine won't start...

The lcd panel glows but the machine is dead. Please help

0 After 8 months use Electrolux engineer came to fix machine under the warranty, as the machine was not starting. No LED start light, or sometimes a light but no digital letters or numbers. A new dryer heater was installed, but not connected, because if you do not use the dryer, moisture causes it to short circuit and the machine won’t start.
