0 Hi troysgma1 – Try to reprogram the washer by flipping the household circuit breaker off or unplugging it. Wait approximately ten minutes, restart unit and select a normal cycle. If these troubleshooting steps prove ineffective, you may wish to contact a professional as the unit may possibly be experiencing a communication error with the control board or have a faulty housing/wiring.
