Today I bought Electrolux 12483 Time manager, 7kg, and during the slow spin cycles I get a noisy sound with low frequencies like the next flat neighbor banging on the wall. It is very annoying. However, I cannot hear such sound when it spins on 1200 rpm. Is this normal? It is my first Electrolux washer. What could be the problem? the washer is perfectly level.
