My machine has suddenly stopped spinning my clothe...

My machine has suddenly stopped spinning my clothes. I normally push Spin reduction, Quick was and Start. Someone told me not to press the spin reduction button,so i tried that. It worked for one wash. The second load of washing i put in, the same thing happened again. My clothes did not spin?????

0 Hi changingfaces10 – Is the unit making a humming noise? If so, either the drainage hose/pump is clogged and needs to be clean, or you have another issue with the door lock assembly or the timer and control board not communicating correctly. Consult a professional to accurately diagnosis the unit and move forward accurately.
