0 Hello dorgill – I am happy to assist you. From my research, I’m not showing that Electrolux has an error code E9. Could the error code possibly be missing a character? What exactly is the issue the unit is experiencing? Maybe is something that I can help troubleshooting. May you please provide me the correct model number? You can typically locate the serial tag on the upper front as you open the door. With this information I can better address the issue. Thank you and I look forward to your response.
