i have this ewn14991 w machine and I have a problem with it. I set it to any program and it starts off ok and about 10 minutes into every program it will say "cannot fill please check that tap is on" and the light at the front flashes red and makes alarm noise. If I look inside at the drum at this point there does seem to be water inside and the detergent has been swept into the machine but won't go any further.
