Hi I have a EWN 14991 W that is still under guarantee. Quick question is that it recently stop in mid cycle and would not re start. I turned it off and set a new synthetic cycle. While it started the screen kept switching to " Heating " even though it continued to cycle through the wash. The last error code was E13 . Any ideas ?
