The washer continues to get stuck at about 11 minutes, making the beeping noise that signals and error. There's no way to unlock it to get the clothes out so my items have been stuck in there, in the water, for several days now. The only option you can select is to restart the process - same problem arises. You can also put it on "drain" mode which takes it down to 2 minutes...the error happens at 1 minute each time.
