0 Good Morning j70steven, I appreciate your post! From the information you have provided your Electrolux dryer is not heating and the element is not broken. It sounds like you could have a possible problem with your thermostat or control panel. I would suggest performing a reset on your dryer and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for ten minutes. Upon restarting your dryer if you continue to have issue with your dryer not heating I would consult with a professional technician for a proper diagnosis to be completed.
