I did some laundry last night and it was done washing (the program finished washing already) but then the door stayed locked! I couldn't open the washing machine door. I tried to do the spin program several times but it didn't work. I tried to do another quick wash but again it didn't work. I've been trying for the whole day, and my laundry is still stuck inside. Could you please help me? Is there a way to open the washing machine door? Could it be that the latch of the washing machine broken?
