hi my Kelvinator toploader KLL 12 TLM keeps going ...

hi my Kelvinator toploader KLL 12 TLM keeps going off balance as soon as it starts to spin,it is not overloaded or clothes sticking to one side,and it is level...please help it workd fine for the first 3 months..
