Question About Defy Appliances Washer automaid 600
pausing during cycle...

Good day,I have a defy automaid 600 when selecting any programme the machine fills with water and pauses,if u press the start button again it starts filling up water again and once again pauses,I have unplugged the machine as well as check the drain pump,please assist on anything else that I can check
