I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DEFY AUTOMAID DAW265.IT GOES THRU A WASHING CYCLE , BUT WHEN IT COMES TO DRAINAGE THE WATER REMAINS IN THE MACHINE. TO CLEAR IT WE LOWER THE HEIGHT OF THE OUTLET PIPE. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM? THE DRAIN PUMP? PLEASE ASSIST.
